Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 16, 2026

Thank you for choosing Spencer Institute. Because our courses are delivered as digital educational content, this Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which a refund may be available.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, a refund may be requested within 14 DAYS of the original purchase if you are not satisfied with your course purchase and have not substantially accessed or completed the course.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact kevin@spencerinstitute.org and include your full name, purchase email address, course name, purchase date, order or transaction number if available, and reason for the request.

3. Digital Course Access

Because Spencer Institute courses provide immediate access to digital educational content, refund eligibility may be affected by the extent to which course materials have been accessed, downloaded, completed, or substantially consumed. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, contact us as soon as possible. After verification, we may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction where appropriate.

5. Technical Problems

If you cannot access a purchased course because of a technical problem caused by our systems, contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot and restore access. If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, we will consider an appropriate remedy, which may include extended access or a refund where appropriate.

6. Course Quality or Content Concerns

If you believe there is a significant problem with a course or its materials, contact us with details. We value feedback and will review legitimate concerns on a case-by-case basis.

7. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing times.

8. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Unless required by applicable law, refunds may not be available where the refund period has expired, the course has been substantially completed or consumed, materials have been copied or distributed, the account has been suspended because of a Terms violation, or the request is based solely on a change of mind after substantial use.

9. Course Bundles

For course bundles, refund eligibility may be evaluated based on the bundle as a whole and the amount of content already accessed.

10. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.
